In the heart of the Costa del Sol, immersed in the Sierra de las Nieves National Park, Palo Alto Marbella’s Pinsapos 221 project provides unique residences, where charm and elegance combine with Minotti’s timeless furnishing pieces and the authenticity of the surrounding landscape.

Sky Villa is the project’s crown - a penthouse of more than 450 sqm on two levels, with a magnificent panoramic view over the Mediterranean. Enhanced by the latest Minotti collections, the interior design reflects the building’s contemporary yet refined style.

The Twiggy family of seats by Rodolfo Dordoni is the focal point of the living area, which overlooks the large terrace. Twiggy was chosen because it can adapt to the environment and needs of evolving modern living. To complete the atmosphere, the Lido armchair with a footrest by GamFratesi, covered in a striking graphic fabric, together with the Louver coffee table by Rodolfo Dordoni. The adjacent dining area hosts the essential yet exquisite lines of the Linha table by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27, accompanied by the Torii seats by Nendo.

The master bedroom, also with direct access to the terrace, features the couture style of the Roger Bed and the Belt armchair, both by Rodolfo Dordoni.

The open-air space is in aesthetic continuity with the indoors. A corner with the Torii Nest Outdoor family of seats by Nendo is ideal for moments of relaxation, while the dining area features the Belt Cord Outdoor armchairs by Rodolfo Dordoni and the Bellagio Outdoor table by Gordon Guillaumier. Two conversation areas are furnished with the Lido Cord Outdoor family of seats by GamFratesi and the Quadrado modular seating system by Marcio Kogan / studio mk27. This is accompanied by the Fynn Outdoor armchair by GamFratesi, in a vibrant floral fabric.
